AC Milan are considering a shock move for Real Madrid striker Ruud van Nistelrooy.
DiarioSport says Milan would be prepared to cough up £4 million for Van Nistelrooy, who will turn 32 in July.
Van Nistelrooy has only just extended his Real deal to 2010, but ankle surgery could see him miss the remainder of this season.
